Our Story

In 1971, Attorney John F. Morreale opened a law firm, Morreale and Maguire, and today known as, Morreale Brady Malone & Palmer, P.C. His first client was a third-party relocation company. Since that day, providing legal services to the relocation industry was John F.’s passion. The law firm grew from a Chicagoland focused practice to an international provider of various relocation services.

In 1990, John C. Morreale joined the family business as the “IT guy” and bookkeeper. In 1994, John C.’s first major initiative was to establish Global American Title, Inc. The first title agency focused on providing title services to the relocation industry.

In 2000, John F. and John C. established Morreale Real Estate Services to address the evolving needs of the relocation industry. Morreale Real Estate Services provides an innovative approach to customer service, allowing us to provide the highest level of customized home purchase/sale and destination programs, title, closing, bill payment, and accounting services in the corporate relocation industry. John C. has developed the M-Preferred Network along with multiple technology platforms such as Pythonic and Adeptive Software Company to innovate Morreale Real Estate Services.

In 2014, Taylor Morreale joined the family business to expand the IT department. Taylor continues to carry on the family legacy in modernizing the family business.

With over 50 years of relocation experience, Morreale Real Estate Services focuses on servicing our clients first. From our humble beginnings as a law firm, Morreale Real Estate Services now handles relocations throughout the United States, Canada, US Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.

The Morreale Family of Companies has been a leading provider of services to the third party relocation industry. The Morreale Family of Companies include Morreale Real Estate Services, Global American Title, Inc. and Morreale Brady Malone & Palmer, P.C. Each company now operates independently from one other.
