MRES Sustainability Initiative

Purpose

We will consistently base all our actions on sustainability principles to protect our planet and future.

Scope

This Sustainability Policy contains information about the policies and practices of MRES and its subsidiaries for supporting sustainability initiatives relative to the growth and health of the business. This Policy establishes the scope for Sustainability Initiative and the applicable Sustainability policies.

This Policy applies to all MRES employees and management, as well as external suppliers, and any other individuals who are responsible for material contributions to actions that could impact MRES’s performance relative to its Sustainability Program goals.

Environmental

MRES will take action to measure and reduce the environmental impact of our activities and the activities performed on behalf of our clients. Our program will seek ways to reduce our carbon footprint, develop and implement sustainable practices, and train our employees and partners on ways they can help protect the environment.

As examples of our commitment we are a paperless office with a recycling program that encourages our employees to utilize recyclable or reusable materials at home and in the office. We also encourage our employees to use technology to help reduce the use of heat, air conditioning and other energy resources.

Carbon Footprint Reduction

MRES will work with their partners to reduce our carbon footprint in our operations and with our partners through reduced use of fossil-fuel energy in air travel, commutation, the delivery of our services and reductions and controls in water, paper, and plastic usage.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

MRES is committed to developing and sustaining a workforce and supplier partner network who reflect the diversity of clients and individuals we serve around the world. MRES and its Management team are committed to fostering, cultivating, and preserving a culture of diversity and inclusion. We embrace and encourage our employees’ differences in age, color, disability, ethnicity, family or marital status, gender identity or expression, language, national origin, physical and mental ability, political affiliation, race, religion, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, veteran status, and other characteristics that make our employees unique.
